History of the Graham, NC, Rotary Club    The Graham Rotary Club was organized on February 17, 1940. The club meets on each Thursday at Noon. Meetings will once again be held at the Civic Center (503 McGee Street, Graham) when construction is completed. The Graham Rotary Club is the founder of the Graham Civic Center. It was built in 1954 on land donated by Dr. Joseph L. Johnson on March 4, 1954. The architect was R.R. Markley, Inc. and the builder was Paul Thompson.
